Software Engineer I – Full Stack (Python)

About the role

Deloitte Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer I to join its Customer Team. You will work on full‑stack solutions that enable deeper client relationships through advanced analytics, generative AI and modern digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality software components within agreed timelines.
• Own assigned deliverables and collaborate with senior engineers when needed.
• Identify and address gaps in schedule or quality, seeking coaching as required.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and maintain a positive learning attitude.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Proven ability to work independently and produce reliable code.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.

Required skills

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS and a modern front‑end framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Python with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• RESTful API design and WebSocket protocols.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Version control using Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
