Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our high‑energy HR technology team. You will work on the end‑to‑end Workforce Lifecycle platform, building and enhancing critical applications that support headcount planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend mission‑critical HR microservices built with Java Spring Boot.
• Design and implement new features for both front‑end interfaces and back‑end APIs.
• Integrate AI agents and LLM‑driven workflows, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
• Modernize enterprise‑scale architecture toward an AI‑first environment.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience building scalable microservices and REST APIs with Java Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
• Familiarity with AI agent integration or LLM‑driven workflows; MCP knowledge is a plus.
