Software Engineer – Digital Banking Configuration

About the role

As a Software Engineer in our Experience Delivery team, you will focus on shaping digital banking solutions that directly impact clients' experiences, working with Web and Mobile Banking configurations. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers to ensure our offerings meet user needs while troubleshooting and enhancing functionalities across technical layers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration settings for web and mobile banking platforms to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Develop integration solutions that enable seamless data flow between digital banking systems and applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues through detailed analysis and document support requests.
• Use technical diagnostic tools such as browser developer tools, log analysis, API inspection, SQL checks, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL databases; PL/SQL expertise is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, data, and configuration layers.
• Architectural understanding of web applications, APIs, logging mechanisms, and deployment concepts.
• Ability to clearly document complex analysis results, configuration decisions, and technical findings.

Required skills

• SQL databases and PL/SQL.
• TypeScript and modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Browser developer tools, API inspection, and logging analysis.
• Kubernetes and OpenShift basics for containerized environments.
