Software Engineer (Cloud)

About the role

Britive is a leading cloud security startup building a modern privileged access management platform. As a Senior Software Engineer you will develop and scale multi-tenant SaaS applications on AWS, delivering identity security solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You will bring a strong engineering background and a “can‑do” attitude to a fast‑paced remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a large‑scale application stack running on AWS.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate software, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate AWS services and design options.
• Research and integrate APIs for various SaaS/IaaS technologies into the platform.

Required profile

• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed remote teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience developing security‑focused products.

Required skills

• Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services.
• SQL and NoSQL databases, ELK stack.
• Microservices architecture, Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (Route53, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, RDS, DynamoDB) and AWS networking & security.
