Software Engineer – ANH

About the role

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing functionality. The role operates with limited supervision, focusing on clean, efficient, and scalable code while troubleshooting moderately complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and develop high‑quality software solutions.
• Utilize internal deployment platforms and automation tools to ensure smooth, reliable releases.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests, and perform debugging to uphold software quality and performance.
• Contribute to code reviews and share knowledge with the engineering team.
• Suggest and implement improvements to development and deployment processes.
• Document software applications, deployment procedures, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support for deployed applications, addressing moderately complex issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant software engineering experience (typically 3+ years).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting.
