Software Developer – Frontend & Backend

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to work on both frontend and backend components of diagnostic applications. You will join Bosch Global Software Technologies, contributing to high‑quality solutions for automotive diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust diagnostic applications using Core Java and AngularJS.
• Gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Interact with customers to provide support and gather feedback.
• Write and execute unit and UI tests (JUnit, Espresso) to ensure code quality.
• Maintain code repositories and follow version‑control best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver increments in sprints.
• Apply static code analysis tools such as Sonar to enforce coding standards.
• Work with SWT/Eclipse UI framework and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Core Java, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of Java threads, collection framework, and multithreaded application design.
• Experience in requirement gathering and customer interaction.
• Proactive communication and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with MVC architecture and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent.
