About the role

Koncept Global Books (Arihant Publications) is looking for an enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging workshops across schools in Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. You will help students develop essential life and interpersonal skills that boost personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training programs focused on soft skills and life‑skill development.
• Assess participant needs and tailor sessions to address specific gaps.
• Create, update and maintain training materials to keep content relevant.
• Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to learners.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and subject‑matter experts to enhance program quality.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training on participants and report outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in soft‑skill education.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to schools for workshops.
• Experience in conducting training, workshops or seminars for youth.
• Ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
