About the role

The institution seeks three Soft Skills Faculty members to lead interactive sessions that boost student employability and professional behavior. This full‑time teaching position focuses on delivering personality‑development workshops and aligning curriculum with industry expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive workshops, role‑plays, and personality‑development sessions to enhance students’ employability and professional behavior.
• Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to align soft‑skills content with placement requirements.
• Assess student performance using structured rubrics and provide detailed progress reports.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably MBA, MSc Psychology, or M.A. in Literature.
• Minimum three years of experience in soft‑skills training, personality development, or corporate training.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
