Soft Skill Trainer – Campus to Corporate Transition

About the role

The university seeks a dedicated Soft Skill Trainer to guide students through the transition from campus life to professional environments. You will design and deliver interactive sessions that enhance communication, confidence, and leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training on communication fundamentals, presentation techniques, and non‑verbal cues.
• Facilitate workshops on self‑confidence, group discussion, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Coach students in assertiveness, initiative, leadership, self‑awareness, and personal branding.
• Guide participants through SWOT analysis, feedback mechanisms, and counseling activities for holistic development.
• Promote critical and creative thinking and adapt the syllabus with emerging skill requirements.
• Provide training to other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham as directed by the Director‑Corporate Relations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, MSW, MBA, or related Social Sciences/Humanities.
• Passion for student development and ability to engage diverse audiences.
