Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence in Jaipur. You will create and publish engaging content that showcases our traditional sweets and namkeens, while driving brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social platforms.
• Create posts, short‑form videos, and graphics that highlight products, brand stories, and promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader brand campaigns.
• Engage with audience comments and messages, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and recommend new formats.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience managing social media for food, FMCG, or retail brands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on‑site in Jaipur.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities.
• Experience with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
