Social Media Marketer

About the role

Kovai.co is looking for a Social Media Marketer to own and grow its social presence for Document360, the AI‑powered knowledge‑management platform. The role focuses on turning public conversations into brand recognition and ensuring the product is the first name mentioned by AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a platform‑specific social strategy for LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and publish daily posts tailored to each platform.
• Create repeatable content formats that drive follower growth and engagement against quarterly targets.
• Manage the social inbox, ensuring timely and consistent responses.
• Monitor audience metrics and adjust tactics to meet growth objectives.

Required profile

• Experience running social media as a growth channel for a B2B SaaS product.
• Ability to craft distinct messaging for each social platform.
• Strong focus on audience acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.
