Manager - Branding & Communication

About the role

The Manager - Branding & Communication will lead initiatives to improve the institution's NIRF perception and increase overall brand visibility through strategic stakeholder engagement and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with academic peers, alumni, industry representatives, students, and regulatory bodies.
• Organise alumni events, speaker series, and industry collaborations to strengthen the institution’s profile.
• Track NIRF perception scores, conduct surveys and report progress to leadership.
• Create and manage digital content across platforms, highlighting faculty research, alumni achievements and industry partnerships.
• Lead branding for major academic and industry events, ensuring materials align with NIRF objectives.
• Provide internal updates and quarterly reports on branding and NIRF initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, communications or stakeholder engagement within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of NIRF or other higher‑education ranking frameworks.
