Social Media Manager – Organic (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager (Organic) to lead and grow our organic social presence across multiple channels. Based in our Bangalore office, you will have the platform to showcase your expertise and drive impactful marketing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operations of all social media handles.
• Monitor trends and develop creative concepts that resonate with our audience.
• Design outcome‑driven social media strategies for the brand.
• Execute regular social media activities, campaigns, and track their success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to distribute educational, entertaining, and engaging content.
• Maintain a rich editorial calendar covering blogs, white papers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, etc.
• Measure results by tracking platform metrics and optimize content performance.
• Brainstorm and support marketing campaign ideas.
• Monitor and respond to queries, comments, and interactions on assigned channels.
• Track, measure, and analyze initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• Initiate and manage influencer marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B/B2C social media marketing experience.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven track record of generating PR coverage and audience discussions through social media.
• Creative mindset with a constant curiosity for new ideas.
• Team player capable of handling pressure and multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, thriving in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities.

Required skills

• Social media marketing (organic) for B2B and B2C.
• Influencer marketing (preferred).
