Social Media Manager – Content & Social Media Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Content & Social Media Lead to shape and amplify our digital presence across beauty, fashion and personal care categories. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, influencer collaborations and team leadership to drive engagement and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for all social media platforms aligned with brand positioning.
• Plan launch communication for new products and monitor performance metrics such as impressions, engagement rate, reach and subscriber growth.
• Align brand goals with central marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Set and achieve organic engagement KPIs, produce monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Identify Instagram trends and create brand IP campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
• Design and manage influencer strategies for product launches, negotiate contracts and provide creative direction.
• Map influencer reach, analyze campaign effectiveness and collaborate with internal teams for cost‑efficient execution.
• Lead a team of 3‑4 members, ensure ownership of projects, conduct weekly meetings and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in content strategy, social media management and influencer marketing.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, bath & body or perfumery is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor, report and optimise content performance.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
