Digital Marketing Associate Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Associate Manager you will support the Marketing team across all song releases, assisting Marketing Managers with the day‑to‑day execution of music marketing campaigns and handling general marketing operations tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Vendor & expense management: process and track third‑party vendor invoices, maintain expense trackers, ensure timely payments, and verify campaign delivery and reporting.
• Campaign briefing & operational support: accurately brief media‑buy campaigns (YouTube, Spotify, Meta, etc.) and coordinate with internal marketing, finance, and external agency partners for seamless launches.
• Project management & workflow operations: update and manage tasks in tools such as Notion, Trello or Asana, and monitor deliverables, timelines and budgets across accounts.

Required profile

• Passion for music and experience in marketing coordination, ad operations or marketing administration, preferably within music, media or entertainment.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello) and strong financial/analytical skills using spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with digital music and ad ecosystems, especially YouTube, META and Spotify.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
