Social Media Manager – Brand & Community Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence, build communities, and execute campaigns that drive awareness and growth for a fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage social media channels, schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, ensuring budget compliance and tracking leads and outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads Manager for audience targeting, campaign implementation, and reporting.
• Implement platform‑specific content strategies and ensure product/business posts follow the topical calendar.
• Create and curate engaging content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, collaborating with agencies and in‑house design teams.
• Develop campaigns that leverage current events and cultural moments to boost engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics, produce reports, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Manage online reputation by monitoring brand mentions, responding to inquiries, and addressing negative feedback.
• Liaise with design and media agencies, review execution against SLAs, and monitor quality.
• Present data visualizations aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Social media agency experience preferred.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytics.
• Customer‑first mindset.
• Ownership attitude and willingness to experiment.
