Social Media, Community & Reputation Manager

About the role

SAACH Travel Technologies LLP is looking for a creative, customer‑focused professional to lead the social media, community and reputation efforts for its travel brands across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, captions, and visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms.
• Build, nurture and grow online communities around the brands.
• Monitor and manage Google Reviews and Trustpilot profiles.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and online feedback.
• Analyse campaign performance, audience sentiment and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and community partnership initiatives.
• Report on key metrics and ROI for social and reputation activities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, community or reputation management.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Experience working with U.S. brands is preferred.
• Travel‑industry exposure is a plus.
