About the role

The Social Media & AI Content Manager will shape and execute the Instagram and YouTube strategy for the brand, blending creative storytelling with AI‑driven content production. You will be responsible for generating fresh, trend‑focused videos, reels, and posts that boost audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain Instagram and YouTube content calendars.
• Create trend‑driven reels, shorts, videos, stories, and posts.
• Use AI tools such as Claude for content ideation, captions, scripts, and campaign support.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, viral formats, and emerging social media trends.
• Coordinate shoots, editing, thumbnail design, caption writing, and publishing.
• Drive audience engagement, follower growth, and overall platform reach.
• Track analytics, report performance, and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in social media management or AI‑assisted content creation.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude or similar AI content tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, reels, shorts, and current digital trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and execution abilities.
