Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Public Relations Executive to support our clients in Delhi. The role involves developing communication strategies, executing PR campaigns, and managing media relationships to enhance client visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to communication strategies based on industry trends, client objectives, stakeholder insights, and competitor activities.
• Develop creative ideas for PR campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives while identifying relevant media opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and regional media, proactively pitch stories, and independently manage incoming media queries.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, newsletters, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Support day-to-day client communication, participate in brainstorming sessions, and provide relevant media and industry insights.
• Coordinate PR events and media engagements, including venue selection, timelines, checklists, resource allocation, and on‑ground execution.
• Track media coverage, monitor industry conversations, and identify opportunities to strengthen client visibility and reputation.
• Stay updated on sector developments, competitor campaigns, and emerging PR trends to support effective communication planning.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of the national and regional media landscape.
• Experience in media pitching, press release drafting, and PR campaign execution.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive approach to ideation, problem‑solving, and relationship building.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and media stakeholders.
