SOC L3 Analyst – Cybersecurity (Part‑time)

About the role

Bosch is seeking a highly experienced Level 3 SOC Analyst to strengthen its Cybersecurity team in Bangalore. The role focuses on advanced threat detection, incident response, and digital forensics to protect Bosch’s automotive and IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity incidents from detection to resolution, including malware analysis, ransomware response, and forensic investigations.
• Coordinate response activities with internal teams and external partners, and develop incident‑response playbooks and runbooks.
• Operate and optimise cloud‑native SIEM platforms (AWS GuardDuty, Azure Sentinel, GCP) for threat detection, correlation and anomaly analysis.
• Develop, tune and maintain SIEM rules, alerts and dashboards to identify emerging threats.
• Evaluate and integrate SOAR platforms for automated playbook execution and remediation.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using threat‑intelligence and adversary TTPs.
• Support internal and third‑party audits by preparing technical evidence and documentation.
• Provide cybersecurity input for validation and penetration‑testing activities and recommend new security technologies.

Required profile

• Seasoned cybersecurity specialist with extensive experience in security operations, incident response, digital forensics and governance.
• Proven track record of leading and coordinating complex cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong understanding of automotive security standards and cloud‑native security solutions.
