Skills Developer – Data Analytics & ETL Engineer

About the role

Aera Technology is seeking a Skills Developer to design and implement data analytics models for its cognitive applications platform. You will work closely with solution architects and customers to translate business needs into high‑performance data pipelines and warehouse structures.

Key responsibilities

• Build data crawlers and extract data from client sources using Aera’s proprietary ETL platform.
• Design and implement columnar data‑warehouse models, including facts, dimensions, and measures.
• Develop scalable data pipelines in Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to capture business requirements and deliver technical specifications.
• Perform complex data analysis and document technical specifications for cognitive applications.
• Own the end‑to‑end development and implementation workflow, including UI creation with Aera’s UI builder.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Experience with ETL processes and data‑warehouse concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Basic knowledge of AI models and the BI domain.
