Skilled Technician – Level II – Shop

About the role

We are looking for a Level II Skilled Technician to join our shop floor team. The role involves performing a range of maintenance and repair activities on manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, emergency and predictive maintenance tasks on production machinery.
• Diagnose equipment failures using diagrams, manuals, measuring and testing instruments.
• Report and address health, safety and environmental hazards in accordance with HSE policies.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to the preventive‑maintenance system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support housekeeping of machines.
• Collaborate with peers and TPM teams to identify constraints and drive process improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and raise issues that could affect cost or quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work safely with electricity and other energy sources.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high workmanship standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on continuous learning.
• Willingness to participate in HSE training and Total Productive Maintenance programs.
