Skilled Technician – Level II

About the role

We are seeking a Level II Skilled Technician to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves performing maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment, ensuring safety, quality and equipment uptime while working closely with production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures, report hazards and use appropriate PPE.
• Perform preventive, corrective, emergency and predictive maintenance on machinery.
• Interpret diagrams, sketches and operation manuals to carry out repairs.
• Conduct quality inspections and feed information into the preventive‑maintenance system.
• Identify and address manufacturing constraints, participate in continuous‑improvement and TPM activities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and perform routine housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with peers and support staff to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work safely with electricity and other energy sources.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in HSE training and follow documented procedures.
