About the role

The Site Toll Operations Executive is responsible for managing toll plaza activities, ensuring high‑quality service, and optimizing traffic flow. The role focuses on revenue integrity, customer satisfaction, and technical support for toll collection systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all toll operations to meet quality standards and procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies, violations and operational issues to protect revenue integrity.
• Supervise front‑desk administration, point‑of‑sale operations and customer‑service interactions.
• Direct daily toll collection staff, monitor performance and implement service improvements.
• Utilise monitoring software to optimise traffic flow at toll plazas and ensure equipment functionality.
• Provide operational and technical guidance to staff and conduct traffic surveys.
• Handle end‑user complaints promptly and implement corrective measures.
• Reconcile toll revenue with transaction records and minimise mis‑classifications.

Required profile

• Experience in toll‑plaza or transportation operations management.
• Strong understanding of quality‑assurance processes and revenue reconciliation.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage customer interactions and resolve complaints.
• Analytical mindset for traffic‑flow optimisation and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Familiarity with toll collection systems and monitoring software.
• Knowledge of traffic survey tools and techniques.
