Site Supervisor – Residential Interiors

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end execution of high‑end residential interior projects. You will ensure seamless delivery that aligns with design intent, timelines, and quality standards while driving client delight through clear communication and proactive management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multiple residential interior projects from start to handover, developing detailed timelines and tracking progress.
• Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Maintain design and finishing standards through regular site reviews, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues early, ensuring material availability and vendor performance meet project schedules.
• Monitor success metrics such as on‑time delivery, quality adherence, client satisfaction and minimal escalations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing residential interior projects.
• Strong understanding of site execution, materials and finishes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to design integrity.
