Site Supervisor – Residential & Interior Projects

About the role

ArchPro, a project delivery company operating across Indian cities, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of residential and interior projects in Kochi. The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors and the internal team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site labour for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, provide regular updates and maintain daily site reports with photographic documentation.
• Enforce site safety practices and compliance with project guidelines.
• Verify material deliveries, manage site logistics and resolve execution issues promptly.
• Assist in planning activities to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supervising residential, interior, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution and finishing works.
• Ability to read architectural, interior and basic MEP drawings.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
