Site Supervisor – Residential Interior Projects

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the execution of high‑end residential interior projects. You will act as the bridge between clients, designers, and the project team, ensuring that every detail meets our quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure timely progress.
- Interpret client requirements and communicate them to the project manager.
- Explain technical specifications to team members and coordinate with designers from concept to final installation.
- Set project goals, monitor performance, and drive quality outcomes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of design industry developments.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior projects, preferably luxury villas.
- Strong creative and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
