Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will be based on‑site in Bengaluru, overseeing the daily execution of interior and construction projects for ZARAH Group. This full‑time position ensures that work aligns with design intent, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all site activities, including subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage daily work schedules, material deliveries, and usage tracking.
• Conduct site inspections, verify workmanship, and enforce safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly, mitigating risks to schedule and budget.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out and construction processes, materials, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Competence in reading and interpreting architectural, interior, and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience tracking project progress, maintaining site documentation, and reporting to managers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, interior execution, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior or construction projects; turnkey project experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time and travel to project locations as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools.
• Exposure to construction management software (advantage).
