Site Supervisor

About the role

Rise Hydroponics is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of polyhouse, hydroponic, irrigation and protected‑cultivation projects across India. The role involves overseeing all phases from foundation through commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution from foundation to commissioning.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, technicians and project teams.
• Monitor quality, safety standards, material usage and site progress.
• Manage site inventory, reporting and client coordination.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to approved drawings.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, irrigation, greenhouse, hydroponics or agricultural infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
