Associate – Energy Transition (Renewables)

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate to support its Energy Transition and Renewables practice within the Financial Services sector. The role will help clients design and implement strategies that reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions and accelerate the shift to a low‑carbon economy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs related to climate change mitigation, adaptation, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
• Develop and deliver consulting solutions that quantify emissions, identify reduction opportunities and support renewable‑energy projects.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, risk and market considerations for a sustainable transition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create actionable road‑maps for clients.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, environmental science, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in sustainability and climate‑related challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior client stakeholders.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
