Site Supervisor

About the role

PRO INSTALL SOLUTIONS is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead on‑site installation and maintenance of commercial furniture in Bengaluru. You will ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide installation teams on daily tasks.
• Monitor on‑site progress and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and enforce safety standards.
• Communicate project status to managers and client representatives.
• Resolve on‑site issues and document completion details.
• Support continuous improvement of installation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising on‑site installation or construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant diploma or certification in engineering, construction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
