Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead daily construction activities on the Utkrusshta Infracon site in Sambhajinagar. Reporting to the Site In‑charge or Senior Site Engineer, the role bridges design documents and on‑ground execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Both day and night shift positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks to foremen, skilled and unskilled workers at the start of each shift and monitor progress.
• Assess daily manpower needs, report shortfalls or excesses, and adjust workforce allocation.
• Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractor teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain site discipline.
• Identify bottlenecks or idle time and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Handle labour issues such as disputes, attendance, and behavioural concerns, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• SSC/HSC/ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on site supervision experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage labour crews and subcontractors on medium to large projects.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety compliance.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
