About the role

Concept Engineering Consultants Private Limited is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Site Supervisor for its projects in Srinagar. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and labour.
• Arrange, track and verify delivery of construction materials.
• Maintain accurate daily records of site expenses and submit regular reports.
• Ensure work is completed according to instructions, schedule and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols and monitor overall site safety.
• Communicate progress, updates and risks to project management.
• Support project timelines and budgets through effective site management.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Basic knowledge of construction work and site operations.
• Good communication and labour‑management abilities.
• Ability to maintain daily expense records accurately.
• Honest, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
