About the role
As a Field Technician (Fitter) you will join Schindler’s team in Delhi to install and modernise elevators and escalators. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, safe and efficient installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Execute installation of new and modernised units using Schindler‑approved methods and tools.
- Perform all work in accordance with Schindler’s quality and safety policies.
- Keep the supervisor informed about progress, hours spent and any non‑compliance.
- Maintain communication with customers and supervisors to meet customer needs.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience installing elevators or escalators.
- Knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanics and hydraulics.
- Education: ITI qualification in trades such as Fitter or Electrician.
