Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations at our interior design and furniture manufacturing projects in Mumbai. The role involves ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and the workforce.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site workers.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety regulations.
• Keep site records and produce daily progress reports.
• Check material, equipment and manpower requirements.
• Resolve on‑site issues and report updates to management.
• Ensure work follows drawings and specifications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or furniture manufacturing.
• Good understanding of site operations and ability to manage labour.
• Basic knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
