Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead on‑site construction and design activities at our Coimbatore office. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, to quality standards, and in a safe environment while coordinating closely with architects, engineers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction operations and manage on‑site workers.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce construction safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to resolve issues and align on design intent.
• Track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Prior experience in construction supervision is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction site management, project coordination and quality assurance.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and design plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
