Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on our projects. The successful candidate will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on‑site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against project plans and adjust resources as needed.
• Enforce building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Required profile

• Completion of a post‑secondary construction training program; a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor on construction sites.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
