Senior Civil Engineer – Tendering & Estimation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead end‑to‑end tendering, estimation and costing activities for high‑rise residential and commercial projects. The role involves close collaboration with project, procurement, design and commercial teams to deliver accurate commercial inputs for pricing and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full tendering cycle, including preparation of BOQs, quantity take‑offs, detailed estimates and cost sheets.
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor works.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents and scope of work.
• Prepare tender bids, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and create comparative statements.
• Analyse project costs, support budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain up‑to‑date construction market rates and cost databases.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design and Commercial teams.
• Support tendering for B2B and B2C high‑rise projects.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in tendering, estimation, costing and rate analysis.
• Strong background in B2B, B2C and high‑rise construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, labour rates and current market pricing.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation and coordination abilities.
