Site Supervisor – Interior Execution & Supervision

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day interior site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to quality standards, and within design specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge of interior execution and the ability to coordinate multiple trades on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior site work, monitor progress, and enforce compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead and coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors, filling resource gaps as needed.
• Manage material requirements, stock levels, and vendor deliveries, verifying quality before installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site cleanliness and tool management.
• Ensure safety standards are met, identify defects, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare snag lists, organize drawing sets, bills, and payment records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of interior site supervision experience, with at least 8 projects completed from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, finishing work, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
