Site Supervisor – Interior Design & Site Execution

About the role

The Artful Abode is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on‑ground execution of residential interior fit‑out projects in Bengaluru. You will act as the critical bridge between design intent and site delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and seamless coordination among vendors, contractors, and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for residential interior projects.
• Coordinate carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and other trades.
• Ensure work follows approved design drawings, BOQ and material specifications.
• Maintain daily site reports, log progress and flag any delays or deviations.
• Conduct quality checks on civil, carpentry, false ceiling, painting and finishing work.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Design team to resolve on‑site issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Deploy labor, hold contractors accountable and track project milestones for timely handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field, or equivalent site experience.
• 2‑3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in interior fit‑out or turnkey projects.
• Strong understanding of civil work, carpentry, MEP coordination and finishing trades.
• Ability to read architectural/interior drawings and BOQs.
• Willingness to travel across multiple active sites in Bengaluru.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for daily reporting.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or site‑measurement tools.
