Site Supervisor – High-End Interior Projects

About the role

Atelier Noua, a premium architecture and interior design firm in Pune, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the execution of high‑end interior projects. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring that luxury finishes meet design intent, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and finishing.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, BOQs and design specifications while monitoring progress against the project timeline.
• Execute premium interior detailing such as veneer, laminates, stone, metal, glass and custom furniture, maintaining luxury quality standards.
• Coordinate with designers to resolve technical challenges and detailing issues on site.
• Manage labour teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely material delivery and minimal wastage.
• Conduct regular quality checks, safety inspections and maintain site discipline.
• Prepare accurate site measurements, inventory records, progress reports and documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between the design team, contractors and client representatives, providing regular updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supervising interior site works, preferably on high‑end residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD interior drawings and detailed working drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
