Site Supervisor – Construction Site Execution & Supervision

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at sites in Pune and PCMC, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Reporting directly to the Senior Engineer, you will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Senior Engineer and contractors to execute site work, ensuring availability of water, electricity, and materials.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports covering work status, material consumption, wastage, waterproofing, electrical, and plumbing activities.
• Supervise quality inspection in line with company standards and maintain instruction registers.
• Enforce safety rules, ensure use of personal protective equipment, and report violations.
• Raise manpower requirements, monitor contractor workforce, allocate daily tasks, and manage relationships with agencies.
• Liaise with stores and contractors, update the ERP system with material issuance, bill abstracts, and service indents.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in site execution and supervision within the construction sector.
• Minimum education: 12th (Higher Secondary) or a Diploma in any relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage labor, materials, and documentation on construction sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material and billing management.
