Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

IndiFrame is looking for a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage on‑site construction activities in Khammam. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site operations.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory standards are consistently met.
• Provide progress reports and updates to the management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, including resource allocation and timeline management.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills for handling unexpected challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, clients and team members.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
