Site Supervisor – Architecture & Interior Projects

About the role

The Architect’s Practice is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day execution of architecture and interior projects in Chandigarh. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a minimum of five years of construction supervision experience and a strong eye for design intent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams across multiple trades.
• Monitor workmanship, finishes, and material usage, ensuring minimal waste and timely deliveries.
• Track project progress, update daily site logs, and report milestones to architects and management.
• Resolve on‑site issues in collaboration with architects, consultants, and vendors.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience supervising architecture and interior construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, interior, structural, and detailed working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Ability to plan construction sequencing, site layout, and project scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
