Architect – Architectural Designer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our consultancy team in Chandigarh. The role offers exposure to large‑scale institutional, residential and mixed‑use projects, covering the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare design concepts, presentation drawings and project documentation.
• Create schedules, specifications and coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Incorporate design changes and project requirements into updated drawings.
• Support projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution.
• Strong design skills and an impressive portfolio (fresh graduates welcome).
• Relevant experience in architectural design, planning, working drawings and documentation is preferred.
• Candidates from premier or reputed architectural schools will be given preference.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
