Site Manager – Wind

About the role

Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of utility‑scale wind power projects in India. The role focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality, and on‑time construction while coordinating EPC contractors, OEMs, and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities including civil works, electrical installations, wind turbine generator (WTG) erection and commissioning.
• Serve as the single point of contact for EPC contractors and OEMs on site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality plans and project schedules.
• Maintain rigorous quality control through inspections, adherence to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and closure of non‑conformances.
• Enforce the highest safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure statutory HSE compliance.
• Manage local stakeholder relations, including land owners, villagers, right‑of‑way authorities and local administration.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports for the Project Manager, and support statutory inspections and audits.
• Facilitate smooth transition from construction to commissioning and handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Lead daily site meetings and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in wind or large‑scale infrastructure/power projects.
• Extensive EPC site experience with leadership responsibility.
