About the role
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations on active construction sites. Working closely with project managers and senior leadership, the role ensures that all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate site teams and manage subcontractors to maintain progress.
- Monitor health and safety standards and enforce compliance.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to report status and address issues.
- Maintain site documentation, including logs, permits, and inspection records.
Required profile
- Proven experience in site management within construction.
- Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
