Site In Charge – Project Execution Lead

About the role

The Site In Charge will lead on‑ground execution of forging projects at our Chennai facility. Reporting directly to the Projects department, the role ensures that all activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client specifications.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues, optimizing resources and workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and handovers.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in on‑site project management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
