Site HR Operations Partner

About the role

The Site HR Operations Partner will act as the central point of contact for all HR activities at the site, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and Day‑1 onboarding, coordinating document verification, joining kits, and IT asset allocation.
• Manage contractor labor processes, including unique ID creation in Kronos, time‑and‑attendance tracking, and off‑roll workforce oversight via the Legatrix platform.
• Administer performance management systems, drive feedback cycles, and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, and handle statutory filings and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate health, safety, and wellbeing communications, incident management, and escalation to the Group IR team.
• Maintain relationships with local departments, regional labor offices, and external stakeholders.
• Organize employee engagement events, workshops, and cultural activities, handling vendor and procurement coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA advantageous).
• 3‑10 years of HR experience, preferably in a site or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding, contractor administration, and performance cycles.

Required skills

• Kronos (CLMS) for contractor ID and time‑attendance management.
• Legatrix platform for off‑roll workforce administration.
