Site Execution Team Member – Water Technology

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Execution Team Member to join our water technology projects in Holalkere, Karnataka. You will work on the installation, testing and commissioning of water supply, distribution and treatment plant equipment, ensuring smooth execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and commission field instruments, valves, actuators and related equipment.
• Execute cable laying, cable tray erection, scheduling and termination works.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and automation teams for seamless site execution.
• Supervise contractors and technicians, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues through effective problem‑solving and coordination.
• Support product demonstrations and address service‑related queries.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma or Engineering degree in Electrical (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in installation, testing or commissioning.
• Proficiency in Kannada and English.
• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with mechanical systems, valves and actuators (electrical & pneumatic).
• Experience with SCADA and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of field instruments and gear‑box integration.
• Ability to perform cable laying, tray erection and termination.
• Understanding of safety practices and quality‑control procedures on site.
